WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Waltham Cross, Herts

Salary: £27,742 per annum

Shift: 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends), 40 hours per week.

Shift Times: Various

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking and Packing: Carefully selecting and packing orders to meet customer requirements. Please be aware you will be handling products weighing up to 25Kg - full training will be given.

• Loading and Unloading: Efficiently loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

• Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet our high standards for freshness and quality. You will report any shorts or damaged products

• Maintaining a Safe Workplace: Following health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and your colleagues safe. Assembling products on pallets in a safe manner, avoiding compression and damage of product.

• Keeping Things Tidy: Helping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Physical Fitness: The role involves some manual handling, so you should be comfortable with physical work.

• Experience or Willing to Learn: Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential – we'll provide full training!
