Location: Waltham Cross, Herts
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding breaks)

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised HR Administrator to join our HR Team and help deliver a first-class employee experience. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in getting the detail right, this could be the perfect next step in your HR career.
What you’ll be doing
· Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including starters, contracts of employment, contractual changes and leavers.
· Preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records.
· Support absence recording processes and provide guidance to managers.
· Provide support with onboarding/offboarding and induction processes where required.
· Working closely with managers, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D and other internal teams.
· Provide administrative support in relation to disciplinary, performance, and grievance matters
· Supporting compliance activity and helping ensure HR administration remains audit ready.
· Providing professional, efficient and people-focused administrative support on HR policies and procedures across the group.
· Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
What we’re looking for
· Previous HR administration experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
· Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards.
· Up to date knowledge of HR legislation and UK Employment Law.
· Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
· Experience in managing HR data, including system configuration, data maintenance, and report generation.
· Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
· A confident communicator who can build effective working relationships.
· The ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
· A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering great HR support.
· Previous experience in Food or logistics environments is a bonus—but not essential.
