Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends)
Shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for a Fish Filleter to join our production team in Waltham Cross. Working in a fast-paced chilled environment, you will prepare and cut fish to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and traceability.
What You'll Be Doing
Filleting, boning, trimming, and preparing fish.
Producing quality products to customer specifications.
Following food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
Maintaining clean and organised workstations.
Minimising waste and working efficiently.
Supporting quality control and production targets.
Adhering to Health & Safety standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven fish preparation and filleting experience.
Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible and reliable approach to work.
Manual handling capability.
Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Desirable)
