Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends)
Shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm

⚠️ Please note: This role is based in a chilled warehouse environment (3–5°C).

About the Role

We are looking for a Fish Filleter to join our production team in Waltham Cross. Working in a fast-paced chilled environment, you will prepare and cut fish to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and traceability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Filleting, boning, trimming, and preparing fish.

  • Producing quality products to customer specifications.

  • Following food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.

  • Maintaining clean and organised workstations.

  • Minimising waste and working efficiently.

  • Supporting quality control and production targets.

  • Adhering to Health & Safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven fish preparation and filleting experience.

  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Flexible and reliable approach to work.

  • Manual handling capability.

  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Desirable)
