Want to become a Class 2 Driver but don’t have your licence yet?

Our Trainee Driver Academy (TDA) gives you the training and support you need to get qualified, while you earn a salary along the way.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be paired with experienced drivers while you learn the job and build your confidence.

You’ll be involved in multi-drop deliveries, delivering: Fresh fruit and vegetables, Meat and fish and Alcohol. Our customers include restaurants, museums and other hospitality venues.

It’s a hands-on job, so you’ll need to be comfortable with physical work, multiple deliveries and early starts between 12am and 4am.

Once you’ve completed your training and passed your assessment, you’ll become a qualified Reynolds Class 2 Driver.

You’ll get the chance to meet the team, find out what the day-to-day role is like, understand the training process and ask any questions you have.

✅ Clean UK driving licence
✅ Good work ethic and willingness to learn
✅ Comfortable with early starts and physical work
✅ Interested in building a career in HGV driving

Please note: All successful candidates will need to complete a DBS check before starting.
