Telesales Team Lead Assistant

Location: Kilmarnock, Scotland | Salary: £29,000 | Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends on a rota basis

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Telesales Team Lead Assistant to support our busy Customer Support team. If you enjoy motivating others, solving customer queries and keeping a fast-moving team running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.

What we’re looking for

· Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior customer service role.

· Strong customer service experience, ideally within hospitality, foodservice or a busy telesales environment.

· Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

· A positive, patient and customer-first approach.

· The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and escalate when needed.

· A natural ability to motivate, coach and support others.
