Warehouse Operative

Location: Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire
Salary: £28,307 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends)
Shift Times: 10am–7pm

Please note: This role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, operating between 3°C and 5°C.

Reynolds Food Group is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our Mid Pick team at Waltham Cross. You'll play a vital role in making sure our customers receive their fresh produce and quality goods accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking and Packing: Accurately picking, packing, labelling and scanning customer orders.

• Manual Handling: Handling products weighing up to 25kg. Full training will be provided.

• Pallet Building: Safely assembling and wrapping pallets, ensuring products are secure and protected from damage.

• Quality Control: Checking products and reporting any missing, short or damaged items.

• Stock Management: Supporting stock rotation, stock checks and accurate stock movement.

• Warehouse Operations: Operating warehouse machinery, with full training provided where required.

• Health & Safety: Following company procedures, food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.

• Teamwork: Working efficiently with colleagues to maintain productivity and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

• Housekeeping: Keeping your working area clean, tidy and safe at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Good attention to detail and a commitment to picking orders accurately.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties, including lifting products up to 25kg.

• A team player who can also work independently.

• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and cleanliness.

• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours when required.

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided, so we're keen to hear from candidates who are motivated and willing to learn.
