Training & People Engagement Administrator
Help people grow and feel valued as a part-time Training & People Engagement Administrator, coordinating learning, compliance and recognition across Reynolds.
Training & People Engagement Administrator
Location: Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire
Hours: 20 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Flexible working pattern required
Who Are We?
At Reynolds, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a leading fresh produce and chilled foodservice supplier, we are committed to developing our people, supporting employee engagement and maintaining high standards across our business.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Training & People Engagement Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across our established Learning & Development function. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, HR and operational teams, you will help ensure training records are accurate, compliance requirements are tracked, employee engagement initiatives run smoothly and key activities are followed up effectively.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys organisation, working with data and supporting processes that make a positive difference to the employee experience.
What Will You Be Doing?
Training & Compliance: Maintain accurate training records, training matrices and compliance trackers, ensuring qualifications, certificates and mandatory learning are recorded and outstanding requirements are followed up.
Online Learning: Set up learners, allocate online courses, monitor completion and renewal deadlines, issue reminders and escalate overdue learning to the relevant managers.
Employee Rewards & Recognition: Administer the employee recognition scheme, maintain nomination and reward records, coordinate communications and support the fulfilment of approved rewards.
Employee Engagement: Coordinate company campaigns, celebrations, competitions and events, working with site contacts and stakeholders to support participation and gather feedback.
Coaching Administration: Maintain coaching schedules, coordinate invitations and reminders, record completion and follow up on agreed actions. The role supports the administration of coaching activity rather than delivering coaching.
Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare reports, trackers and evidence packs, maintain supporting documentation and help ensure records are accurate, complete and audit-ready.
Meetings & Actions: Coordinate meeting arrangements, prepare agendas, take minutes, maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding commitments.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, record keeping and reporting, sharing recurring issues and practical suggestions with the Learning & Development Manager.
What Are We Looking For?
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and sites.
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
A professional and confidential approach to handling employee information.
A proactive attitude, with the confidence to follow up on outstanding actions and highlight potential issues.
Flexibility to work a varied pattern across 20 hours per week to meet business needs.
Experience in Learning & Development, HR administration, training coordination, compliance or reporting would be advantageous. However, we welcome applications from candidates with strong transferable administration skills and a willingness to learn.
What Do We Offer?
The opportunity to support employee development, engagement and recognition across the business.
Exposure to a broad range of Learning & Development and people-related activities.
The opportunity to develop your skills in training administration, compliance reporting and employee engagement.
A varied part-time role working alongside the Learning & Development Manager and wider operational teams.
20 hours per week, with flexibility required around the working pattern.

If you are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy keeping processes on track, we would love to hear from you. Apply today to join Reynolds and play an important role in supporting our people and the effective running of our Learning & Development activities.
